Camille is a Lyon-based marketing manager in her early forties who spent a decade treating exhaustion as a badge of honour -- first in by 7, last out, weekends bleeding into emails. It caught up with her: a slow-burn burnout that forced a hard reset. The climb back changed how she thinks about ambition. She still wants to do well, she just stopped believing it has to hurt. Since then she's worked her way through a small pile of personal-development programmes, kept the calm-and-steady ideas, and quietly binned the rise-and-grind ones. She writes the reflective, answer-the-question pieces she wishes she'd found back when she was running on fumes. No therapist training, no wellness certification -- just someone who overdid it and found a quieter gear.
